hackü trains deskless workers, customers and suppliers where they already are: inside a chat. I co-founded the company and lead engineering — building the messaging pipeline that delivers bite-sized learning over WhatsApp, Teams, Slack and Google Chat, the gamification and certification layer on top, and the analytics dashboards enterprise clients use to measure knowledge transfer in real time.

Credit for the people who build Mexico — and whom no bank will lend to

Eight million people live off construction in Mexico, roughly 90% of them with some degree of informality, and the formal system offers them essentially nothing. Andamio is the revolving credit line they should have had years ago: approved in under 24 hours, no payroll stubs, no credit bureau, repaid when they get paid. We underwrite the real business — commercial references, suppliers, delivered projects — instead of the paperwork the industry never produces.

B2B marketplace digitising informal commerce across Latin America

Rintin connects mom-and-pop shops and women microentrepreneurs directly with verified manufacturers, so they can restock from their phone instead of travelling to a wholesale district with cash. I work alongside the founding team on platform architecture, scale and the AI/credit infrastructure, and on the engineering practices that let a small team ship fast.

• Closed a US$6.2M round led by Cometa, with Guillermo Rauch (Vercel), Guibert Englebienne (Globant) and Matías Woloski (Auth0) participating.
• AI powers two core surfaces: product recommendations tuned to each shop's profile, and credit scoring built on alternative data for merchants with no formal financial history.
• Ordering happens through WhatsApp agents, with cash-on-delivery as the trust mechanism and initial credit lines of 1,000–5,000 pesos unlocked after a few purchases.
• Serving a market where micro and small businesses account for 56.3% of Mexico's employed workforce, with expansion into Colombia and Argentina under way.

24/7 telemedicine — a doctor on video call in under a minute

Medicato connects patients to certified family doctors and paediatricians by video call and chat, at any hour, from iOS and Android. I run technology there: the transactional backend behind a high-volume consult platform, the real-time services that keep median response under a minute, and the HIPAA-aligned handling of patient and medical data — plus the B2B product companies use to cover their teams and families.

• Platform runs at ~30K daily active users with heavy transactional load and real-time microservices.
• Sub-one-minute response for personal and family emergencies, 24 hours a day.

Production traceability software for the fashion supply chain

Maqui gave fashion brands real-time visibility over garments being produced across hundreds of outsourced maquilas: where every order sits, which supplier has capacity, and where material is being lost. I advised the team on technology for two years — the traceability model, the production dashboards, and the integrations that pulled factory-floor reality into a single view. The company wound down at the end of 2024, but not before proving the thesis at real industrial scale.

• Raised a US$1.5M pre-seed just eight months after founding, led by Marathon Ventures with Nido Ventures, Integra Group, Kuiper and Noa Capital.
• Managed traceability across a network of 500+ maquilas, serving brands producing 100,000+ units per month.
• Attacked a concrete waste problem: up to US$68 lost per 100kg of clothing — 41% from fabric cutting waste, 32% from defective garments, 27% from excess inventory.

Nearshore engineering teams embedded into enterprise products

_coderio builds enterprise-grade software with distributed Latin American teams that plug into a client's existing systems and processes. Working across client codebases and domains is what taught me to read an unfamiliar system quickly and ship inside someone else's constraints — the habit that later made CTO work possible.

The digital identity of the Argentine State, in every citizen's pocket

Mi Argentina is the national government's single sign-on for citizens: digital ID, driver's licence, vehicle papers, CUIL, disability credential, appointments and procedures — all in one profile. I worked on the platform as a backend developer, on services where an outage is a person unable to prove who they are. It has since grown past 20 million registered users.

• Public-sector platform now past 20 million registered users — a 566% increase over four years — with 14 million identity-validated.
• Carries legally valid credentials: digital DNI, driver's licence, vehicle registration, ART credential, CUIL certificate and the International Symbol of Access.
• Availability and data protection are non-negotiable: a citizen-identity service has no acceptable downtime window.
• Where the Django + PostgreSQL foundation that runs through the rest of my career was forged, at public-infrastructure scale.
